Topics:
One: eye contact, eye contact/name, eye contact/name/come, sit, down, stand, roll over, settle, nose target, all types of handling; collar grabs, vet handling, toe nail clipping, etc.
Two: Teaching the recall (come), follow the leader, heeling, loose leash walking, heeling games, variable reinforcement history and type and more.
Three: Stays, door etiquette, go to your mat, “Mine,” a.k.a. Leave it.
Four: Crate training, house training, resource guarding, jumping, CGC test
This is the way it will work:
- Each lesson will include text and video clips illustrating each lesson, using real untrained or partially trained dogs, as well as experienced dogs showing what the target behavior should look like.
- At any time, you will be able to post questions, problems or comments to the blog, and share your own videos.
